Successful live web broadcast from Munich Fair

InterMedia Solutions (the publishers of Rich Media Collection) worked with a Project Manger at it-tv.de, the web TV Channel. His critical issue was that it-tv.de was exclusively commissioned by the Munich Fair to broadcast the SYSTEMS 2001 Trade Fair.

This required resources to provide automatic encoder administration, monitoring 12 parallel live streams and central control of the service. The producer said he wanted a solution that enabled one person to manage all these functions via a single browser interface.

InterMedia Solutions provided ENTERPRiSE-CONTROL (Rich Media Multi-Encoding
Management Software), which enabled them to present a live web broadcast, all managed through a single user interface. The result was a successful live broadcast of the proceedings of SYSTEMS 2001 and a very satisfied partner in Munich Fair.
